Our bolts are made from chromium-molybdenum alloy steel (C 0.37%–0.49%, Cr 0.75%–1.20%, Mo 0.15%–0.25%) and undergo quenching and tempering to achieve a tensile strength over 125 ksi (862 MPa) and yield strength ≥105 ksi (723 MPa). They’re suitable for extreme environments ranging from -40°C to 593°C.

We offer a wide range of sizes and types, including hex bolts, stud bolts, and fully threaded rods, with diameters from 1/4" to 4" and lengths from 1" to 60". Threading meets both UNC/UNF (Imperial) and metric standards for precision fit.

Using precision cold heading and hot forging processes, combined with salt spray testing (72+ hours), we ensure these bolts perform reliably in high pressure applications such as petrochemical equipment and pressure vessels. Multiple surface treatments are available hot dip galvanizing, Dacromet, phosphating, and Teflon coating to significantly boost corrosion resistance.

We also support custom, non-standard dimensions based on your drawings, including special flange bolts and extended-length studs, as well as special requirements like hydrogen embrittlement resistance.
