Our B7 stud bolts are made from premium chromium-molybdenum alloy steel (C 0.37%–0.49%, Cr 0.75%–1.20%, Mo 0.15%–0.25%) and undergo quenching and tempering heat treatment to achieve a tensile strength exceeding 862 MPa. These bolts remain reliable in extreme working conditions ranging from -40°C to 593°C.

We offer a complete size range from 1/4" to 4", supporting both UNC/UNF (Imperial) and metric thread standards. We also provide custom non-standard parts based on client drawings, including flange-specific designs and extended studs, with samples ready in as little as 3 days.

Our production process includes precision cold heading and hot forging, with each batch undergoing a 72-hour salt spray test to ensure performance and corrosion resistance. We offer up to 8 surface treatment options, including hot-dip galvanizing, Dacromet, and PTFE (Teflon) coating.

In addition to fasteners, we offer custom stamping and metal fabrication services. We have 12 punching machines and press machines for large sheet metal forming and bending, we can handle part thicknesses up to 6mm.

In many of these cases, the customer’s engineering department will provide us CAD drawings and tell us the materials,strength grade they need. We produce samples for customers approval before bulk production.
