Founded in 2009, Fastenmetal Ltd specializes in the research and production of Double End Stud Bolts—fasteners threaded on both ends, commonly used in high-load, vibration-resistant applications such as engine assembly, pipeline flange connections, and heavy equipment base installations.

Our product range covers full specifications from M6 to M48, with lengths from 50mm to 3000mm. We offer customization in carbon steel, stainless steel (304/316L), alloy steel, and special corrosion-resistant materials such as SAF2205 and F53.

Utilizing hydraulic forming machines and CNC thread rolling equipment, we support custom production based on drawings, allowing flexible adjustments in thread pitch (±0.01mm accuracy), thread types (UNC/UNF/8UN), and finishes such as Blacken,Dacromet coating and hot-dip galvanizing to suit diverse working conditions.

All products strictly follow ASME B18.31.2, ISO 3506, and undergo 18 inspection procedures, including magnetic particle testing and hardness testing, ensuring tensile strength from Grade 8.8 to 12.9.

In addition to fasteners, we offer custom stamping and metal fabrication services. We have 12 punching machines and press machines for large sheet metal forming and bending, we can handle part thicknesses up to 6mm.

In many of these cases, the customer’s engineering department will provide us CAD drawings and tell us the materials,strength grade they need. We produce samples for customers approval before bulk production.
