Fastenmetal Ltd manufactures a variety of stamped parts, including Exhaust Pipe Clamps. These clamps are used to connect and secure exhaust systems in vehicles and industrial equipment, especially in applications involving turbochargers, mufflers, and variable-diameter pipes. They are designed to prevent exhaust leakage and reduce vibration noise, making them ideal for frequent assembly and disassembly scenarios.

We offer custom production based on customer drawings, with material options including carbon steel, galvanized steel (thickness 1.5–6mm), and stainless steel (304/316L), suitable for exhaust pipe diameters from 12mm to 112mm. With our high-precision stamping equipment, we provide integrated production of U-bolt clamps and V-band clamps, ensuring a clamping force of over 8kN. Surface finishes such as hot-dip galvanizing and Dacromet (up to 8 types) are available.

All Exhaust Pipe Clamps are manufactured under the ISO 9001 quality management system and conform to DIN standards. They undergo 12 inspection procedures, including tensile strength testing (≥450MPa) and hardness testing (HRC 22–28), to ensure long-term durability in high-temperature and corrosive environments. Our exhaust clamps are currently used in racing modifications, heavy machinery, and OEM vehicle repair markets.

In addition to fasteners, we offer custom stamping and metal fabrication services. We have 12 punching machines and press machines for large sheet metal forming and bending, we can handle part thicknesses up to 6mm.

In many of these cases, the customer’s engineering department will provide us CAD drawings and tell us the materials,strength grade they need. We produce samples for customers approval before bulk production.
