Fastenmetal Ltd specializes in manufacturing a wide range of fasteners, including Eye Bolts. Our product range covers sizes from M6 to M200, with custom made non-standard eye bolts available in diameters up to 200mm and lengths up to 1500mm. These eye bolts are ideal for high-load applications such as steel structure lifting, equipment securing, ship anchoring, and bridge engineering.

We offer custom designs based on client specifications, utilizing our in-house hot forging production line and precision stamping equipment to ensure thread accuracy meeting ISO 4762 standards and tensile strength up to 800MPa.

Our materials include 304/316 stainless steel, Q235B carbon steel, and 42CrMo alloy steel. Surface finishes such as hot-dip galvanizing, blacken, or electroplating are available. Production follows ISO 9001 quality management standards and DIN 580 standards.

Our eye bolts are currently used in industrial equipment lifting, ship deck securing, and bridge cable anchoring projects.

In addition to fasteners, we offer custom stamping and metal fabrication services. We have 12 punching machines and press machines for large sheet metal forming and bending, we can handle part thicknesses up to 6mm.

In many of these cases, the customer’s engineering department will provide us CAD drawings and tell us the materials,strength grade they need. We produce samples for customers approval before bulk production.
