Wedge Anchor Bolts is primarily used for heavy-duty equipment, such as pipe rack hangers, seismic support brackets, glass curtain walls, elevator brackets, shelves, railings, and steel structures.Its design includes an expanding wedge that is inserted into a pre-drilled hole in concrete. By using a hammer or impact drill to drive the wedge anchor into the hole, and then tightening the screw to generate pulling force, the expanding wedge/conical compression clip expands to create friction, securing the anchor in place.
