H65 with its higher copper content, provides tensile strength over 390 MPa and improves corrosion resistance by 20%, making it suitable for high-load and humid environments.

Our factory utilizes precision cold heading and knurling processes , combined with ISO 9001 and RoHS-certified systems, ensuring thread accuracy at 6H grade. Available finishes include nickel plating, passivation, and more, all compliant with REACH environmental standards.

In addition to fasteners, we offer custom stamping and metal fabrication services. We have 12 punching machines and press machines for large sheet metal forming and bending, we can handle part thicknesses up to 6mm.

In many of these cases, the customer’s engineering department will provide us CAD drawings and tell us the materials,strength grade they need. We produce samples for customers approval before bulk production.
