FastenMetal Ltd specializes in the production of brass threaded rods, offering comprehensive customization services. Our products range from M2 to M24 metric sizes and 1/4" to 2.5" imperial standards, with lengths adjustable from 30mm to 2000mm. Made from high purity H62/H65 brass (copper-zinc ratio of 62:38 to 65:35), our threaded rods meet international standards such as DIN975 and ISO. They feature excellent electrical conductivity (20% IACS), corrosion resistance, and tensile strength exceeding 390MPa, making them suitable for applications in mechanical assembly, new energy vehicle battery pre-embedding, photovoltaic bracket locking, and architectural finishing.

Our company is equipped with 12 fully automatic CNC cold heading machines and precision threading equipment. Relying on five-axis multi-axis processing centers, we achieve high-precision threading with tolerances of ±0.01mm. We support custom shapes such as flange fittings, stepped threads, and non-standard assembly structures. Samples of non-standard parts can be delivered within 3 days, regular orders within 15 days, and urgent needs can be accommodated through a 48 hours expedited process.

In addition to fasteners, we offer custom stamping and metal fabrication services. We have 12 punching machines and press machines for large sheet metal forming and bending, we can handle part thicknesses up to 6mm.

In many of these cases, the customer’s engineering department will provide us CAD drawings and tell us the materials,strength grade they need. We produce samples for customers approval before bulk production.
