1.Exotic Material Bolts

For bolts used in extreme environments such as marine, chemical, oil & gas, and aerospace industries,normally need higher corrosion resistance. FastenMetal supply custom bolts and metal components made from exotic materials such as Inconel, Monel, Titanium, and various types of duplex stainless steel.

2.High Strength Bolts

When regular bolts don’t meet strength requirements, we can produce bolts with strength grades up to Grade 12.9 for your requirements.

3.Custom Shapes and Sizes

We manufacture fasteners in special shapes, lengths, and diameters according to specific applications—fully customized according to your drawings.

In addition to fasteners, we offer custom stamping and metal fabrication services. We have 12 punching machines and press machines for large sheet metal forming and bending, we can handle part thicknesses up to 6mm.

In many of these cases, the customer’s engineering department will provide us CAD drawings and tell us the materials,strength grade they need. We produce samples for customers approval before bulk production.
