Fastenmetal Ltd manufactures a wide range of embedded plates in concrete for concrete structures. These products are designed by embedding metal plates into concrete, providing high strength anchoring and connection points for steel structures, curtain walls, bridges, and other engineering applications.

We support custom fabrication based on client drawings, offering a variety of materials including carbon steel (Q235/Q345), stainless steel (304/316L), and weathering steel. Thicknesses range from 2mm to 50mm, and we can produce custom welded embedded parts, anchor bolt holes, and non-standard shapes to suit building foundations, bridge bearings, equipment installations, and more.

With our in-house high-precision stamping equipment and automated welding technology, we ensure positioning accuracy of up to ±1.5mm and tensile strength up to 450 MPa. Various anti-corrosion finishes such as hot-dip galvanizing are available.

Production is strictly carried out under the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and complies with BS 7533 construction standards. Each product goes through 12 inspection procedures, including magnetic particle testing and hardness testing, to ensure reliable bonding and load performance with concrete.

We manufacture fasteners in special shapes, lengths, and diameters according to specific applications—fully customized according to your drawings.

In addition to fasteners, we offer custom stamping and metal fabrication services. We have 12 punching machines and press machines for large sheet metal forming and bending, we can handle part thicknesses up to 6mm.

In many of these cases, the customer’s engineering department will provide us CAD drawings and tell us the materials,strength grade they need. We produce samples for customers approval before bulk production.
