Fastenmetal Ltd specializes in manufacturing a wide range of stamped parts, including Embedded Plates with Studs. This product involves welding high strength studs onto a metal plate, which is then embedded in concrete to provide a reliable anchoring point for steel structure connections, curtain wall installations, bridge bearings, and other applications. It is especially suitable for demanding environments such as nuclear power facilities and industrial plants where high load-bearing capacity and corrosion resistance are required.

We support custom orders based on customer drawings for various types of embedded plates. Available materials include carbon steel (Q235/Q345), stainless steel (304/316L), and weathering steel. Plate thickness can range from 2 to 50 mm, and stud specifications (M12–M30), spacing, and special hole designs can all be customized to suit complex construction needs. Our facility is equipped with 20 high-precision stamping machines and automated friction welding technology, ensuring welded studs achieve a tensile strength of over 450 MPa and a positioning accuracy within ±1.5 mm. Finishes such as hot-dip galvanizing are available.

Production strictly follows the ISO 9001 quality management system and BS 7533 construction standards, with 12 inspection procedures including magnetic particle testing and hardness testing to ensure the embedded plates work effectively with concrete under load. In addition to fasteners, we offer custom stamping and metal fabrication services. We have 12 punching machines and press machines for large sheet metal forming and bending, we can handle part thicknesses up to 6mm.

In many of these cases, the customer’s engineering department will provide us CAD drawings and tell us the materials,strength grade they need. We produce samples for customers approval before bulk production.
