Reamer Bolts

The biggest difference between a reamer bolt and a regular bolt is that the hole for a reamed hole bolt acts like a hinge, allowing the bolt to adjust its position flexibly during installation. In contrast, the hole for a regular bolt requires precise control, with the position fixed.

Additionally, in terms of application, reamed hole bolts allow for a certain degree of tolerance for alignment errors during installation and can adjust within a limited range of angles, making them suitable for a wider range of uses. Regular bolts, on the other hand, require exact positioning of the hole, which limits their range of applications.
